About Find Health In Nature
What this site is, how its guides are written and checked, and the rules every page follows on health claims, evidence and recommendations.
Find Health In Nature began in 2017 as a site of health, fitness and diet tips with an emphasis on natural remedies. It continues as a reference on superfoods, herbs and home remedies that treats each one honestly: what it is, what the research does and does not show, and who should not use it.
How the guides are written
Every guide explains what a supplement, food or remedy is, what the research does and does not show, the amounts commonly studied, and who should avoid it. None of them claims that anything cures, treats or prevents a disease, quotes statistics that cannot be traced, or names a brand. Each page is checked against those rules before it is published.
Not medical advice
These guides are general information. They are not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian. Supplements can interact with medicines and are not suitable for everyone - talk to a professional before starting one, and never stop or change a prescribed medicine on the strength of anything you read here.
